Most bacon packages have a Best Before Date.
I cook the Bacon, then wrap it in tinfoil,in an airtight container & put it in the freezer. It lasts weeks longer, like frozen Bacon
on a frozen Pizza.

depends on how you store it. . . vacuum seal - - - a long, long time, months. . . regular baggie - zip lock 7 -10 days usually in the back of fridge.

Why not just put what you don't use in the freezer? than pull it out when you need it?

Works for me.
