A couple of times. But now I feel guilty because I have a girlfriend. I told my friend that I was going to admit it to my
girlfriend and he said I was crazy and not to tell her. I am
worried she may find out on her own and it will be worse.
What should I do??

You feel guilty because you slept with this women before getting the girlfriendd, or you've slept with this woman since having the girlfrien? ENTIRLEY, two different things. If it was before, then tell this other woman its over. If it was while you had the girlfriend, you need to still break it off with the other woman, and sit down and try to determine why it happened. Do not tell the girlfriend if you plan to stay with her, what she doesn't know in this situation will not hurt her. It's only things we know that we have to deal with. Don't cause any unnecessary drama!!!!!

You made a mistake evidently. You knew it was wrong to cheat on her before you did it. I think you should come clean and tell her. Tell her why, how it has made you feel and ask her forgiveness...Trust is a hard thing to regain after it is broken.
She will either forgive you or leave you, but that is the chance you took when you cheated on her.
At least be honest with her now and see what happens.
Which ever way it goes...learn a lesson from this.

be cool...

Seriously... tell her, it is way better comming from you than the other woman or some friends that got wind of it. If she finds out without you telling her, you are dumped! If you talk to her, there is a chance for forgiveness.
However I think what you have been doing is really low and I'd dump you anyway.

Its high time that we human beings have to remind ourselves that we are humans and not animals. We often forget this by indulging ourselves in our bad habits and undisciplined passion. Your feeling of guilt is a sign of a 'wrong doing' that you've committed.

Just quit your relationship with that woman and continue your relationship with your girlfriend. You don't have to say anything about what you did but should she (your girlfriend) discovers it, just admit your guilt and ask forgiveness from her. You, too have to forgive yourself. Stay sane!

My boyfriend told me, and yeah i was pissed but i was actually surprised that he told me. And he made me see him in a different light. I told him i am glad he told me, because if i was to find out by someone else then id be really pissed. Hes more honest to me now than ever before. And i want it to be that way. Be man enough and let her know u f**cked up. If she loves u like i love my bf she will forgive u.

You should tell your girlfriend if you love her. Also, you may want to get tested for STDs and HPV. You never know, you were sleeping around, and you don't want to infect your girlfriend. A woman that may have completely dedicated her heart to you.

No don't tell your gf she'll hate you forever.

Pretend it never happened and stop getting into trouble already. Don't tell anyone else about it anymore or its gonna leak for sure.

When you have gained her trust later on, you can tell her like after a really long while in future.

I used to think it was better not to tell because it would be hurting her just to clear her conscience, but now I know that if you don't tell, it takes away her choice. She has a right to know, especially now that she may be exposed to disease. Tell her and give her the option to stay or go.

Ok in my eyes if you are in a relationship with a woman you best be open and honest with her. I think it would be awful if she found out some other way about your sleeping around. Just my advice. Good luck.

are you going to continue cheating on your girlfriend? because if you are, it's better to leave your girlfriend, it's obvious that she isn't the one!

if you just happen to cheat her once or twice, and you are not going to do it again, it's better to tell her and accept the punishment! if you don't know what to do, imagine yourself being her and perhaps you will find a solution!

all the best!
