If the pimples are on your face, wash at least twice daily using a good facial cleanser. (I like Noxema or Mary Kay's Velocity cleanser.)

You can also make a simple scrub at home that you can use about once or twice a week. Here's how:

Use 1/4 cup of sugar + 1 TBS. of almond oil. Stir very well, until all the sugar is coated. Apply to wet face and gently rub. Rinse then wash as you normally would. Put this in a little jar with a tight lid and use within a week or 10 days. *Only use this about once a week, as it is a strong exfoliator.*

Do not touch them (the oils from your fingers will end up on your pimples, and pimples are caused by oil in the first place) and just leave them alone. Make sure you wash your face with soap (if you don't, your face will become more oily, and you should wash your face daily anyway). Products can actually work and are fairly cheap (depending which brand you use). Personally, I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub for blemishes, and it works on me. If you ever change your mind, that is a cheaper and well-working alternative. If not, just leave the pimples alone.

There are various medications that are available in different forms such as pastes, juices or oils. You can even make them at home. Pastes can be made out of various elements such as:

a) honey and cinnamon powder
b) fresh fenugreek
c) roasted and powdered pomegranate skin with lime juice d) sandalwood water e) radish seeds with water
f) orange peel
g) turmeric power etc.

These pastes are usually applied during the nighttime and are retained
for about 15 minutes on the skin or overnight. When it dries, the skin is rinsed with warm water. They are usually appropriate for skin that is affected by whiteheads, blackheads, pimples, andrashes and for skin allergies.

Diet. drink plenty of water. I usually avoid greasy and nuts - esp. peanuts when I have pimples.
Try not to stress, get enough rest. Usually, I get pimples when I start sleeping late. I don't get much rest and the morning after my skin will look sick, after work I can see pimples.
When washing my face, I usually love finishing up with really cold water. I know that hot water opens up the pores and really cold water should close the pores - it should prevent accumulation of dirt in pores.

You have to use products. Wash your face, every night before bed. Don't use soap though, its not made for faces, it will jusy dry it out. I use Daily Facials by Dove or Oil of Olay. You don't have to go crazy with products, but, they are made to help prevent pimples, blackheads, dry skin and all kinds of other things. Oh and like the girl above me said, drink LOTS of water!!! Good luck!

First of all, Don't ever touch them

Second of all, Don't mind it

Third of all, You could get rid of pimples by washing your face everyday (but now that you said WITHOUT using any products, actually washing your face without soap is not bad to the skin.So actually it is alright to wash your face without soap).

Chammoniale Tea!

Simply make the tea then put the tea on the Face Towel (with the chammonaile on it) Then you put it on your face for about 10-15 minutes. Maybe more if you wish.

Drink PLENTY OF WATER!

Also that girl above saying you have to use products. Pish Posh *sarcastically* You do not have to use products. Also you can use tooth paste. (white toothpaste)
