You are married, who cares what the ex does? Just because you see him doesn't mean you have to talk to him, stand next to him, etc.

let her go , get a new love , so you can move on , there are many of us who have been there , so dont feel alone with it , try your best , the first few will probably not meet your expectations but you will progress , and find you forget about the x , because you've been there - done that, and face it you need to move on to save yourself from the sadness of holding on to something which is not going to work .. it is like a barn has burnt down , and you stand there hoping that it will magically be fine .. it wont!

if you are married and your ex is as well, then what's the problem. obviously, you parted ways for a reason, and if what he does still matters to you, then you obviously haven't dealt with some issues as to why you broke up in the first place.
Believe it or not, if you've loved some one at one point int your life, you will always have some sort of feeling towards them,, even if you never see them again...good luck

you need to think about how much you love your husband . your husband in who you need to be paying attention to , NOT the X.
