Doubt god? Honey, he doesn't exist, there is nothing to doubt.
I do however experience reality, and that's a pretty wonderful thing in itself.

Goodness?...I'm sorry, but I have to firmly disagree. In case you havn't noticed, the world is so over run with filth, there's almost no where to put it. Are you thankful for murderers, and rapists, and people of the like walking your streets? I'm most certainly not. People DOUBT god because of this. Human beings by nature need to be led. We as a species, are not adept to independance, although in theory is great, but need something to follow, an idol, a god. It's when people start to stop and think....why should religion be organized by a man? If in fact there is a "god" why does he make it so organized, that in the end all you did was follow a bunch of rules because you feared going to a place where you'll be tortured for an eternitys worth of time? The idea is completely ridiculous. Think for yourself! I'm not saying there isn't a higher power, because I believe there is. What I am saying is religion is like love. It's very personal. If community is what your after, try joining the local health spa. Until then...think for yourself, before you decide to live YOUR life according to someone else's guidelines. Hence...doubting "god". Just for the record....when most people think of "god", they're thinking of a MAN. This is their first mistake.

There is no evidence that there is a god. No evidence essentially means that someone made it up. It is not reasonable to believe in things without any evidence. You would be stuck with every ridiculous thing that human imagination could come up with.
Not believing in god is the same as not believing in Zeus, Odin, Santa, Anubis, the Tooth Faerie, and all the thousands of others since the evidence is exactly the same. I would be no less surprised if someone found evidence of Bacchus than I would be if they found evidence of your god.

Godness huh! What about the anti-goodness? The pains so many innocent people go thru who live in accordance of what is preached & taught by the bible, God did nor is doing NOTHING for them. His churches, mosques & synagogues are torn down or blown away when hurricanes, tornadoes and natural disasters come. Why don't he protect his houses of worship if he can? The reason is he can't because he never protected anybody who he claimed to love.
Cain killed Abel and God did NOTHING to protect Abel.
John the baptist & Jesus suffered till death and GOD DID NOTHING to help them.
If he can't help his own he sure can't help anyone else.

You mean doubt?
I think for one, you have to have faith. My understanding of the definition of faith is believing in something they cannot see.
So it's hard to have faith.
Also there is a lot of negativity (wars, crime, etc.) in the world and some wonder how a loving God can allow such terrible things to happen.
I think man made disasters are just that. Man has free will to do good or bad. Fortunately there is more good even though it's sometimes hard to find.
As for natural disasters or "acts of God", that's one I struggle with when it come to believing in a loving and compassionate God.

People doubt God for many reasons-look at all the bad that happens in life and others lives. God is something you cannot see, hear or touch, so that also makes it difficult to believe.

God gave us a universe that seems to stay with very logical regulations (whether some are slightly confusing to comprehend) and He gave us sufficient intelligence to comprehend it -- as long as we don't waste our efforts scuffling with one yet another. His universe is easily increasing. It needless to say shows a Cosmological Microwave history radiation. It actually seems diverse as quickly as we seem very a procedures away ( = finding a procedures into the previous) implying that it has a history -- subsequently a finite age. Evolution is likewise very sparkling. He has left us sufficient information of it. What replaced into no longer predicted, is the fact that Darwin ought to describe it with out requiring divine intervention. And why no longer. the large Bang concept in simple terms explains what occurs to an extremely heat universe that's allowed to boost and funky. It would not clarify why or how the universe have been given warm interior the 1st place. It in simple terms accepts that it replaced into. Darwin's concept of Evolution explains how environmental aspects via themselves are sufficient to describe the way evolution works. It neither demands nor rejects divine intervention; it in simple terms accepts that evolution ought to nevertheless artwork with out it. a similar way that i'm keen to settle for that if I take an apple and launch it above the floor, the apple will fall to the floor, no rely if that's God's hand or gravity pulling it there. i'm in simple terms chuffed that God has desperate to make it gravity, so as that i will easily calculate how briskly the apple will fall, instead of having to wager how briskly He needs it to fall on each and each separate social gathering. What makes me doubt approximately humanity is the way that even today, human beings save inventing new 'religions' as a fashion to keep away from finding on the universe He gave us.

The message of the Cross is faith hope and love to us who believe. It means we are going to spend life everlasting with the authors of life itself.
To those who do not believe. The message of the cross is that they will spend life everlasting in hell.
Many non believers know this truth in their hearts and it hurts so they try all sorts of things to dull the pain. Education, anti Christ tantrums, Basically they are sticking their fingers in their ears and saying "La la la la la". If they really didn't believe or if they really didn't care they would be anywhere but a Religion and Spirituality question and answer forum.

Because many people, including scientists, doubt what cannot be identified or proven. Some people have faith in beleiving in God, some people have faith in God and some people choose to not believe what`s not tangible.
