I received an arrest warrant for an unpaid parking ticket. It says that I have to post bail and a date will be issued for me to appear in court. So I have to be processsed like a criminal for an unpaid parking ticket and this will go on my record as an arrest? Can someone please advise me on what I can do and just pay the parking ticket as a ticket instead of going through all this...

Call the clerk of the court explain to her that now you are able to pay /forgot to pay etc, than just pay the ticket and usually there will be a warrant fee etc, for the fact it had to go that far other than that its usually that simple. .....shadow stalker

Is not a real arrest it will not go into your record unless you refuse to pay. Call them post the bail pay and ask for forgiveness. They have bigger fishes to fry so go and tell the attorney that you don't want to contest the tickets and that you want to pay them NOW.

Put yourself on the court docket, and then offer to pay your tickets, with late fees, and penalties of course.

If you want to just pay the ticket and not have any of the other stuff.. You should have paid the ticket in the first place.
