Do fish fingers/sticks have alot of fat in them? It says 8g of fat. (per 100g)
Is that alot?

No, that's quite low. Just be sure to cook them in the oven, not fry them in oil, so you don't raise the fat content.

Fish fingers are high in carbohydrates but are still a healthier alternative than springrolls for example

Well Its Not A Lot Of Fat But It Will Have Even Less Protein In Then Then There is no poinbt of eating them

yes it is quick alot considering 100g isn't much that doesn't mean you can't eat them though just not everyday.
