I've had occasion to speak five times to a person from VISA credit card company. Each time the person has been rude and the whole phone call, customer-unfriendly.
Needless to say I no longer have that card.
Does anyone out there put up with these rude telephone-guys/gals?

Unless you are behind/past due there isnt a reason for it. You can always ask to speak with someone else. If you are past due make a payment.
