I really like Gala, it's soo sweet and crispy. I almost have to eat atleast two cold ones a day.

I like Braeburn apples, or Pacifice Rose apples. Galas are nice too, especially sprinkled with some salt!

I will go between Gala, which is what I usually buy, or Empire depending on my mood and taste. Galas are my favorite, though.
