I think Danica Patrick is the best race car driver right now in motorsports. She has exceeded all expectations except for getting a win. I think she will win this year since she is at Andretti-Green racing, the third best team in IRL behind Ganassi and Penske. I think her best shot at a win will come at Indianapolis where she and the Andretti-Green cars have run well.

Hands down, Angelle Sampey (Seeling/Savoie) of the NHRA. Angelle doesn't have to do as much constant work as Danika does for a 500 mile race, but Angelle travels at close to 200 on two wheels. She is already the winningest female drag racer ever, becoming world champion of the NHRA Pro Stock class 3 times. Heck, she's the winningest female in the history of motorsports. Until Danika gets some wins under her belt, she will have to be #2. PS: Angelle is plenty sexy in her leathers!

ANGEL SAMPEY, NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle. With Three World Championships and numerous wins. She is always a contender to win.
Other than Shirley Muldowney, now retired, the only woman to win a WC in a major racing division.
She is also extremely easy on the eyes!!!

I would have to say hands down it is Melanie Troxel from NHRA. Angel Sampey is a winner and is great to watch, but i tent to like Melanie a little better. Last year alone she (Melanie) was nominated for two espy's and several other awards. I know nominations don't tell a drivers true story but just go look at her stats. Last season she was doing great until the western swing and the heat got the best of her car. To me, any woman who can go 332.51 mph in 4.458 seconds is awesome! (Those times are her best recorded)
