Keeping busy, and exercising by doing something you like so you will stick to it is the first step. Eating a well balanced diet and staying within your calorie range for your height and age. Keep your fats at 25-30% of your total intake. Read labels. Avoid fast food. Drink 5-18 glasses of water daily, and before you know it you will have achieved success. It is actually less expensive to eat properly. There is a web site www.sparkpeople.com that will help you with all the above. Good Luck!

If you are low on money, you are eating all fresh foods, found on the outside perimeters of the grocery store? Fresh veggies, fruits, meat and dairy, only?

Prepared foods are expensive and add weight. They also stimulate uncontrollable food cravings.

Eat fresh .... increase activity. When hungry when it is not a meal time, drink 1-3 glasses of water, and say to yourself, "I am thirsty."

Best of luck to you!

Do lots and lots of work... By work i mean chores, summer jobs, and what's best exercise! You'll be so glued to your work and so motivated by the money that you'd all too soon forget food, and taste the sweet sweat as it rolls down your fat burning body, Oh, sheer pleasure!

Diet and Exercise. Easy for me to say. Diet and exercise are boring. You only got one life to live, you know?
