my brother wrote famous bumper sticker slogans on my suitcase none of them are bad but are you allowed to write on suitcases your bringing to the airport?

It wouldn't be any different to you putting bumper stickers on it.

This should not be a problem at all.
Offcourse I wouldn`t advice you to write that the suitcase is contains a bomb or that you`re a terrorist...But fun slogans won`t be a problem. They will just help make it easier for you to identify your luggage.

Is what's inside the suitcase....what they care about ....if the words written are not disturbing to general public ...then that would be ok

It shouldn´t be a problem, if they aren´t rude. (the writings).

I had a suitcase with writing on it and no one said a thing :)

There do not appear to be any regulations related to the exterior appearance of checked (or unchecked) luggage.
