Well, in english I suppose you could say that it is a series of little boxes in three rows

1st sentnce says: Sorry, I don't understand "kao" in Japanese.
The part after the ... says:
Tomorrow, the weather will clear up, right?
BTW "kao"= face.
Still haven't got the part between the dots, sorry!
