Could they send "different" money & charge as cash advance?
What is the best way to withdraw?
(capital 1 card)

Thanks.

If you've overpaid the outstanding balance on your account, they'll refund it to you upon request. Or you could just use the card and spend it off that way.

If you simply paid more than you had intended to, that will just reduce your total debt. It's not an overpayment and they will not normally return it to you. If you take cash out equal to the amount that you "overpaid" it will be processed as a cash advance with any fees and interest charges per your cardholder agreement.

You should call them and they will transfer the money in to your account free, otherwise if you use the cash point you will be charged

i think so... since it's credit card, the moment you take money from it, it's considered a cash advance.
