I don't know if this is the same thing, but when I was pregnant my I put on a lot of weight and my feet went up a size. It is common during pregnancy for your feet to swell, but after I had my daughter and before I went on a diet, my feet were still a size bigger than they were before. Now I have lost 4 stone and my feet have gone down a size. It could just be a coincidence to do with pregnancy hormones and the like, or I could just have lost weight off my feet.,

If you have gained weight recently then yes, it could be that your feet have got wider. But this could also be fluid retention as most people tend to suffer with it around the feet, lower legs and ankles. The best thing you can do is to keep drinking water to prevent fluid from building in the tissues and elevating your legs regularly - probably best doing this in the evening and night time by propping a few cushions underneath your ankles. Hope this is of help to you

My spouse and that i are on it. you could shed weight with out workout and you may do it on line. something i've got found out sort weight watchers is that whilst the two are related to the different is that the nutrition you consume contributes greater to a healthful weight and workout contributes greater to a healthful coronary heart. Its purely an theory. i've got lost fifty two lbs in the final 4 months and that i purely quite workout thrice a week. it might desire to be refrained from the workout too i think of. supply it a tree the 1st week is loose. I lost 5 lbs the 1st week with out even workout. so did my spouse. i desire that enables. purely as a edge be conscious. adult males lose speedier than women. My spouse has lost 29 lbs the final 3 months. she began a month once I did.

no. you need to buy sensible shoes. u need shoes with a slight heal (no flat shoes) and shoes with good support (not sandals or thongs!). if you have been wearing flat shoes ie. trainers or sandals then this could be the cause of your feet to widen.
