It probably doesn't have anything to do with actually having a baby. Often our dreams represent things that are going on internally. It may have something to do with a"new" self-awareness, or the representation of your faith, spiritual life...being new and child like.
There are just a lot of differnt things it could represent. But in dreams it's not usually about the physical things.

It means you're obsessing about not being married or having a boyfriend and are wondering what it would be like to have a baby.

Depends on how old you are. We do not have enough information for answers. My opinion is you either want a baby to have someone to love, or you want to be a better mother then the one you have. For love, get a puppy.
