You need to take it to the vets. You cannot tell whats wrong by looking at it. Please do not delay. Waiting will not help and may actually hurt recovery.

Yeap a Vet would be best. They prescribe Rimadyl which is an anti-inflammatory that helps with pain often. Then again, your vet could find something other than a sore joint or something that might not require such.

Could be anything from a split claw to a cracked pad, or any of a number of things.

Best to find the cause first then address the symptoms.

Good Luck!

tak the dog to the local vet for a check up. first check its paws for any foreign objects, i.e broken glass, thorns etc but if no apparent reason is causing the limp takeher to the vet. If you have and finance issues then ring first explain that you are not in a position to pay in full and they will agree a payment plan with you and also at every stage tell you what will cost what.
I dont know where your from but her in uk a consultation fee is usually around 20.00.
Then after that it is wise to get pet insurance on her just incase. I know if our akita got ill we wouldnt be able to afford big vet bills so our insurance of 12pounds a month is a life saver for her if she should ever be ill.

If the dog is limping and in pain you should look at his feet and see if the nails have gotten long, if there is anything stuck between his toes or in his pads, or if he has cracked pads or a cut there somewhere. Then have him seen by a vet .
