Eat atleast 600 gms of garlic pearls after peeling their skin(in a month) well cooked with other food like dal, pulao, curries made with garam masala etc. You should get positive results after the first week itself. But still after getting allright, you should continue taking the above amount of garlic throughout your life so that rheumatism does not recur.
