Look, Christianity has been successful because the core "faith" of Christianity was designed so any form of disbelief can be dismissed as a "test". If "God" is truly benevolent then he would not use "tests" and "punishments" in order to gain his favor.
The Bible clearly states that the world is flat and that the Earth revolves around the Sun. Yet no one has offered explanation for that. Its kinda like a person who has a psychotic delusion. Their minds create a delusion that is re-enforced by "unforeseen forces".
"You can't see the aliens that are watching me cause they are invisible".
Hell with that logic... I can not disprove that persons delusion.
Look truth be told, I would defy any "God" that would set "tests" against me. I defy a God that would allow children to suffer. I defy a God that would allow millions of people to be raped, killed, butchered, molested, and stand by and call it a "test". He has the power to save us. If this "Biblical" God exists I will gladly spit in his face for condemning the human race to this "test". I did not ask to exist, I do not want to be apart of a game designed to make me suffer.
FYI... Gypsy Queen is either insane or uniformed. Its called math its called quantum physics... that's someone explaintion on how planets move. It is obvious that you have no idea what the hell you are talking about even when it comes to simple knowledge.

Not your faith but your intelligence.
You are using an argument based on a syllogism :
1. Guano from bats in Deer Cave accumulates at 2 mm per year.
2. The guano is 100 m high.
3. Therefore, the bats have been depositing guano for 50 000 years.
In order for your conclusion to be correct, BOTH of your premises must be true. But how true is your first premise? Are you 100.0000% (yes, 7 significant figures) certain that this 'steady state' of matter was steady for all history? THAT is a lot of faith. On second thought, maybe you are correct as it relates to a test of faith.

To Mark:
There are only so many places for the bats to roost and Deer Cave is filled to capacity. So, if anything there were probably FEWER in the past, which means the accumulation would have been less, meaning it would have taken even longer.
It's definitely a s**tty little problem you've handed the Creationists here. I, for one, wash my hands of it.

The dung eventually evolved to be so deep. Often xtians don't realize that evolution takes hundreds of thousands of years. One persons allergies may make his genes extinct in 50,000 years. Such grandeur timescales are easily forsaken for a simpler religious explanation.
Mike Rowe will come in and do his dirty job to clean that cave!!!

God didn't do it. The rapidly deepening piles of bat guano are the product of intelligent design by creationist propaganda organizations.

Your basing your figures off of estimates. One that the bat population was the same as it is now or close. That the bats that inhabit the cave have always been the size they are now. To accurately measure flow you have to know the flow rate and maintain it at a constant, or know the variables and when they are engaged exactly. Such as measuring water flow over a dam. You are assuming that all the figures you use were the same thousands of years ago as they are now. Large assumption
To Satanic - the Bible clearly states that the Earth is a sphere hanging on nothing. Jesus also stated in the Bible that it would daylight and night at the same time on Earth when he returned. Only possible if the Earth is round.

Kind of wondering why you need to ask this when you just did a couple of days ago. Opps, no that can't be it. I recall pointing out that it was to test our faith and you have incorporated that but asked the quesiton again anyway.
Do you want clarification or are you asking it againt and again just to make a point?

He did indeed leave us little unexplained things!
Why don't all of the planets rotate on the same axis? Why do a couple of them roll instead which defies all theories of evolution?

In almost every Bible, it says in Genesis 1:1, In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth; God DID NOT create a pile of s***, how dare you say that!
