Try taking something like alka seltzer, Gas-X, or Midol (or any other PMS or period related medicine). I would recommend Midol, because it's always there when you need it for your period. It is okay to take even if the bloating is not from you period. It can help a lot. Taking one (please only take one at a time) of these meds will help the pain as well. Good luck!

Do you have any other symptoms? Have you discussed this with your doctor?
Irritable bowel syndrome can cause you to feel
bloated, and can cause alternating problems with constipation and diarrhea.
If you have pain up under your ribs, especially if it extends back to under your right shoulder blade, you may have a problem with your gall bladder. Your doctor can check this out with blood tests and ultrasound.
If the stomach pain is in the lower right side of your abdomen, you may have a problem with your appendix. This is not something to fool around with, it can be life-threatening. Call your doctor or advice nurse now.
Good luck. I hope you feel better soon.

The thyroid gland is located on the front of the throat, below the Adam’s apple. It contains 2 lobes that lie on the two edge of the windpipe, joined in front via an isthmus. The thyroid gland secretes hormones to regulate many metabolic tactics, consisting of boost and expertise expenditure. Hypothyroidism means the thyroid gland is underactive and fails to secrete adequate hormones into the bloodstream. This motives the guy’s metabolism to decelerate.

Could be related to gas, but this needs to be evaluated by your dr to find out what could be causing the problem. Especially because you are having issues with your appetite.
