Ok so i've been having a few symptoms now.
I constantly feel the need to urinate but this comes and goes in waves.
I have a smelly discharge.It's not very bad but different from normal.
And occasionally i have spots of vaginal bleeding.It's only the tiniest amount though.
Im quite concerned really anyone with any ideas?
Im a 22 year old female.

you may have a urine infection and may be thrus you MUST go see a doctor there is no help that anyone can give you without you seeig a doctor as the discharge has to be looked at this will be done by the doctor taking a swab and sending it off for culture to see what type of infection it is then he can precribe the right meds for you.

Could be an STD, like gonorrhea or chlamydia. Sounds like that.
If you are not sexually active, then I'm not sure.
You need to get to a doctor to get antibiotics ASAP to avoid permanent damage to your reproductive tract.
