i think is because of Ocular Inflammation And Immunology but i am not sure so please help.

Its nothing..seing fireflies in bright area is related to some nervuler excitation ,response,or a little slowering in speed between nerve conduction and brain response to sudden body incident like sneezing,sudden cough,sudden hurt etc...if it is for little time period then it's ok..but if it is persistant for somewhile and had a history of long duration then you better consult a neurologist and nerve-spine-neuro specialist for more details and to be confirmed.

THE DOCTOR TELLS ME MINE ARE FROM MIGRAINES!! but i ALSO SUFFER FROM MINI STROKES THAT AFFECT UR EYES AND ALSO SEIZURES CAN AFFECT YOUR EYES. TO BE SURE, GO TO A NEUROLOGIST!!

go see yor optometrist for IMMIDIATE REFERRAL TO EYESPECIALIST!! NOW DO IT LIKE YESTERDAY!! can be something NASTY!!! had it myself!! eyeops. very pronto!! my retina was detaching!!!!
