You should bring the female to the male. Also find a reputable breeder that will assist with breeding. Do not just throw 2 dogs together to breed. If she has never been bred before, you need to find a breeder that has an experienced male.

Bring the female and male to the vet to be spayed and neutered.
67,000 dogs can be produced from your one female and her litter in just 6 years.
3-4 million pets are killed each year due to lack of homes, many are drowned in 50 gallon drums of water, or gassed to death in a kill box stuffed full of as many animals can fit. Not all euthanized animals are put to sleep kindly with the prick of a needle and the soothing voice of an animal lover whose heart breaks each time he or she must kill an animal for no good reason.
The "responsible" people you will be giving these puppies to will most likely breed in return...that is NOT responsible.
Is your dog championed? Titled?
Health tested? (this is much mor than just a routine vet visit)
Do you have the time, money, patience to rear those puppies for at least the first 8 weeks of their lives?
If these "responsible people" decide they don't want or can't keep the dog anymore, are you willing to take it back?
Do you have the money set aside for the pregnancy vet visits, high quality food for the mama, and thousands put away should something go wrong and she needs an emergency c-section, or other treatment?
Are you willing to risk the mama dog's life, which is what you will be doing when breeding her?

No. it really is a miles more advantageous tender mission for the male to come back to the female. Too many circumstances have I extra lady to male and in no way some thing take position. it really is a lot less annoying for her to be in a commonplace ecosystem to reproduce. I recommend bringing the male to her.

I have found it much easier when I have breed my staffordshire bull terrier that the Male or Stud comes to the female as she will feel more comfortable in her own surroundings. Also try and get the dogs to meet a few times i found this also helped and she stood 1st time with no problems. Hope this helps and good luck.

The most common arrangement is female to male but that is mostly because the top popular studs have to do it that way because they may not have travel time between hopeful mates, and everyone imatates them....
Frequently it DOES work better the other way - take the temperments of the two in mind too- if one doens't travel well then thats the one that shouldn't travel.

Why should you be spared? Obviously you're going to go ahead and do it anyway, but if it's for money, why not get yourself a proper job instead of bringing yet more puppies into the world? If it's not for money, you are still irresponsible.

My mom is a breader and she has found over trial and error, that it is easier to have the stud, go to the females. The reason for that is because she is used to the enviorment. So there for it is a lot easier for pregnancy to occure. If she is comfortable in the surrounding. I hope this helped some.
