i saw my sister's cat give birth and it is amazing, the mommy needs you, talk to it softly and tell her how pretty she is and that she is doing a great job. don't touch the kittens though, unless the bag is still on them then you will have to cut open the bag and rug a towel on them gently to get it to cry. after she is done giving birth give them a few days without touching them. You don't want her to avoid her babies. But it is wonderful. What color are they??? And please make sure to keep all of them including the mommy for a few months. Or they won't survive. Congrats!!!! And good luck!!! >^.^<

Oh an make sure that after wards she has plenty of water and good food, that's very healthy for her. If you don't know what kind of food, call a vet up and ask. This is also the time where you can get special milk from the vet to give to her (the mommy). Make sure after a few days to change the blankets also cause the kittens won't be litter trained for a few weeks so they will be making there little messes. lol.
Keep them in a box so then the kittens can't get out to easily. not for awhile. wait until they are big enough to explore. Good luck. >^.^<

aww, dont worry all natrual. wouldnt you do the same with having more than 3 babies with no pain killers.

Just stay by her and help her out cause being involed will get her trust on handling the babies so you can do close health checks later on. I helped deliver over 3 cat births and over 2 dog births and soon I will be helping my moms dog have anouther set of puppies.
She may have 1-3 more kittens to go. Good luck and congrats!!!!

Word of advice, watch for strayingkittens that may make their way behind moma and make ure she doesnt lay on them.

So nice sized basket with no loose bedding( place fresh beding down after birth to keep bugs away) . From what people say about them sitting on their babies Its not from selective thing here abput health. She is tired and the baby are small and weak and just dontget felt under momy. So keep a geood eye on the and help rearrange any kitten that needs help comfort the mother and daily interaction will be best to help creat trust for handling the babies.

I was there and helped during birth and eerydau handled the babies to check them over. She neer once hissed ot hit at me just would watch me closly until i returned the baby an dafter that i would love on her''

Also feed her kitten food until she has weaned the babies, she can develope a nutrion problem that can kil her if she doesnt recive the extra nutrition kitten food provides. It happened to my mothers dog, the vet told her that after he had seen her.

Congratulations on your baby's.your mom cat will be fine. If she lets you sit by her and show her some love, and if she doesn't clean the baby's up well because there coming fast it OK to wipe them softly with a towel. When its been about an hour since a baby's come out and she starts settling down shes done.Enjoy your baby's and watch them grow, make sure to keep giving lots of love to the mom so she doesn't get jealous .

I got this very same priviledge last month. My kitty gave birth to 3 adorable kittens that just turned a month old. They have grown so much. It was an amazing thing to see happen. I was sooooooo scared at first but once they starting coming out I was crying.

You are so Blessed.
Yes, they are tiny at Birth, but do grow fast, so be sure to watch them everyday so you don't miss anything.
