i opened my heart for him to come in, but there are times i really feel depressed because i guess he hides his face from me. i am a sinner and that makes me very guilty. Help me! (this question goes to unbelievers..)

yes he is true i don't know your name but i can tell you this that god hears all your prayers and he really hears them when you cry..sometimes we sin
before god and we pray for things that does not co-inside with his will but he forgives..He will reveal his face in due time but his spirit is inside of you so therefore he'll never leave you nor forsake you..

Yes, it happens to all. Because we open our heart doesn't mean we will be kept in a joyful made. It is in the scheme of things in spirituality, all people irrespective of faithfull, or atheist alternates between joy and sorrow so that they will introspect about the unreality of our existence in this world and the mirage of life.
