I would go to the doctor. It almost sounds like you could have a circulation issue. Your pins and needles in the legs and lightheadedness could be do the the blood not flowing properly. I don't think you need to rush to the ER, but definitely get the ball rolling and make an appointment with your doctor.

There are many different things that could be causing the erray of symptoms you are experiencing. From something minor to a more serious problem. Should the symptoms persist for more than a few days to a week you should seek medical advice from your Dr.

Yes, this needs to be taken seriously as it could be a warning sign of a serious problem that is going on. Pls get in touch with your dr next week but pls get to the ER to have them evaluate this.

If you can afford it, it's best to go to the ER as soon as an episode occurs so they can hook you up to monitors and try to record what's happening.
Headaches and lightheartedness and feet falling asleep are all symptoms of blood pressure issues. There are prescriptions or natural remedies your doctor can advice.

Sounds to me like you are deficient in Vitamin B12. Headaches and migraines are symptom of deficiency in Vitamin B12. Other symptoms you may have are dizziness, depresson, head and hand sweats, heart palpitations, chest pains, fatigue and exhaustion, inability to contcentrate, moodiness and irritability. Not pretty is it??
Getting pins and needles and numbness and prickling are also symptoms of a B vitamin deficiency.
You need to increase your intake of foods rich in this vitamin. ie: yeast, liver, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and portk.
Recommended daily intake for adults is 2mcg. I suggest you go the chemist and get the pharmacist to recommend a good quality multivitamin with all the B vitamins in it, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12. Remember to avoid synthetic vitamins (the really cheap and nasty ones) as they are notoriously hard to digest. Don't buy the B vitamins individually as they work best synergistically (as a group). Expect to pay around $25.00 AUD for about one months supply.
The B group of vitamins is a water soluble group, therefore, the body needs to be supplied it on a daily basis. The body is unable to either store or produce the B vitamins so it really is important to replenish your bodys supplies on a daily basis.
For B12 to be properly assimilated through the stomach it is necessary to be combined with calcium during absorption to adequately benefit the body.
In times of stress our bodies need for the B group of vitamins increases, therefore, we need to adjust our intake accordingly. Sounds like you've been pretty stressed lately and let your food intake slip, just be more carefull in future and take better care of yourself.
If you choose to take my advice you'll get relief from your symptoms quite rapidly !! Actually, something you could do immediately is to go drink 2 big glasses of milk. Milk is full of B12 and I promise it will relieve your symptoms. So go go go, get cracking boy........... nobody else has to live in your body except you so at least treat it with the respect it deserves........... make it a nice place to live for yourself!!

As a nurse working with neurology patients, my opinion is to get to the doctor! Especially if these are continuous symptoms or are happening on a regular basis.

I believe you need to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water per day. Anytime you have any kind of pain that is usually the reason why. Read the water cure on the web.
