Medications, as long as all systems are healthy and well, go into your bloodstream when dissolved so they can target the appropriate area of your body. So you have no worries about them coming out when you do no. 2.

Usually your bowel movement contains whatever you ate or took yesterday. It takes a while for a pill to go through your system. Normally it is broken down in your stomach or small intestine and is absorbed by your bloodstream long before it reaches your colon.
Some medications such as the sustained release tablets use a wax matrix system to dispense the medication in your body. If you ever see a pill in your bowel movement it is just the empty wax matrix, not the medication itself.

As long as your digestive system is working, you'll be fine. Pills will dissolve long before they would "come out".

as soon as you take the pill or eat food, it needs to get metabolized first, which will take several hours to do. so don't worry about it. so to answer the question... yes it will come out. but only after several hours. but only about half of it will come out while the other half travels through your bloodstream to do whatever it's supposed to do.
