Any dress will do,anyway communion is a false belief of the catholics, That is considered misinterpretation on the bible.

You could ask the instructor of the catechism class if they know where a good shop is for communion dresses. Do you know any of the other parents? The mothers would probably be delighted to give you shopping tips. Good luck.

Ebay is good you can get one delivered there is a shop in Ascot Berkshire do a google search there will be a shop near you where do you live

That is not a Christian requirement. Christians may fast for a limited time for practical reasons. to being holy one does't need any dress,since this is a matter of inner cleansing,one must be very good at heart.
