I'm assuming that you were allowed to keep your work PC for your own use when you left your company and that your company's domain was "MEDA".

Two important questions before continuing further,
1) Do you know the local administrator account name and password on your computer?

..or..

2) Is your own account in the local administrator's group on the workstation?

If you answered 'yes' to either of these questions, then you may be in luck.

You'll either want to use the local account as your logon or you can create an additional local account to use.

Or, if you're feeling adventurous, you can 'remove' your computer from the MEDA domain and put it into a local workgroup.

Convert your login to a local login instead of a domain login.
