I hope you don't think i'm too skanky for suggesting this, but phone sex is always nice. just tell him what you wish you could be doing to him, and hopefully he'll have plenty to chip in too.

I think you are doing just fine -- it's those little everyday things that add up and make a really good, comfortable feeling in a relationship.

You could try some gimmicky things, if you like -- read your horoscopes over the phone, and say if you had a day like that or not. Or come up with one of those diaries that make you answer a question a day, and you both answer the Question of the Day. But this could get old, fast.

You might make one day a week the No-Wedding Day, and neither one of you talks about the wedding during that day. People who have babies often do this on their date night -- they make talking about the kids off-limits. But I don't know -- the wedding is such a big part of your life right now, it might be hard to do!

(-: My husband and I had a long-distance relationship for many years before we married, and I still get sentimental when I talk to him on the phone. We used to always hang up with a "kiss-kiss" (-:. Embarrasses the heck out of him when he's with other guys, but I think he still gets a thrill out of it. I know I do.

Congrats on your engagement, and I hope that helps!

If you're talking 24/7 I am afraid to see how high the phone bill is. You should try using a chat program like Yahoo Messenger to save money on the phone bill with long distance calls

well what u can do is just ask him some questions about his day. and then go into more detail. doing this might trigger a past memory you two have shared or something and u can bring it up and go on for hours talking about it and it leading to new topics. have fun and congrats on ur wedding when it happens

you really need to talk to each other less and you will have more to talk about when you do. i remember all those nights of talking on the phone while watching tv, and not having much to say. dh hated it but did it for me. email him ever so often but talk two or three times a week.
