Average figure in this case is about as usefull as an average temperature of all patients in the hospital.

It highly depends on car shape and weight distribution, as well as suspension, tires, and road conditions...

You must tell us about the centre of gravity of the car as well as its front and rear track. I personally refuse to drive any 1000kg car in a crosswind in excess of 328 knots but some might call me prudish. All cars less than 1000kgs should be stored in the basement and to heck with the angle range:)
