nope.,there is no cure for West Nile virus infection and no vaccine has been developed to prevent infection in humans. People that develop severe illness require hospitalization, where they receive supportive care, such as intravenous fluids to avoid dehydration and antibiotics to prevent other infections.

symptoms range from a mild, flulike illness, including fever, headache, muscle and joint pain, and a red, bumpy rash, to meningitis, in which the membranes that cover the brain and spinal cord swell. In rare cases those infected will develop encephalitis, which can cause high fever, a stiff neck, disorientation, paralysis, convulsions, coma, and, in about 10 percent of cases, death. Humans most at risk for severe illness include those over age 50 and those with a weakened immune system.

hope this info will help you..

No. You don't instantly die. Most infections with WNW (about 80%) don't have any symptoms and about 20% have flu-like symptoms, including fever, fatigue, headache, and muscle and/or joint pain. Less than 1% get severely ill. Severe symptoms are high fever, stiff neck, disorientation, tremors, muscle weakness and paralysis. If severely affected you could develop encephalitis (swelling of the brain) or meningitis (inflammation of the membranes of the brain or spinal cord). Those over 50 years old or who have had an organ transplant are at the highest risk of severe illness. There is no cure yet. Only preventive measures.

No, it's not instantaneous.

As for prevention, it's best avoid getting bitten at all. However even getting bitten doesn't mean that a person WILL get the disease. Finally, West Nile isn't invariably fatal.

As it's a virus, treatments are limited.

No. Very few people who get it ever die, or even know that they are sick. It tends to be only old people who aren't that healthy who die from it.
You certainly cannot die instantly.
