today i found out im not aloud to use my parents car and that sucks in many ways one i cant get to work and two im stuck in the house where i dont want to be ... so i came up with the ideal to get a bike :D A nice sporty one is what i want im 19 years of age and i make roughly $250 a week so yeah i can get money. and my cool grandma said she will co sign :D helps me alought. anyways i have a few questions regaurding buying a bike from the dealer ..... do i needa liecense to drive a bike off the lot.... what kinda insurance should i get.... small things like that ... now lets talk about the type i want and price range the highest i will go is $7,500 for a new bike... i found one that caught my eye tell me what you think about it and help me find the right bike for me THANKS http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/products/modelhome/25/0/home.aspx

No you don't need a liscense to drive it off the lot.. insurance will be EXPENSIVE for you w/ that bike. if you get a cruiser it will be a whole lot cheaper, plus it will actually be comfortable to ride for longer than 20 min lol (i'm not a fan of sport bikes) plus you can go on road trips, which is the best!!!!!!!!!!! but its obviously up to you!
just..please please be careful. you have to be 1000x more cautious when on a bike cause other drivers in their big SUVs are ignorant and stupid, talking on their cell phones and all that stuff and youll be a lot harder to see than a car..

lol anyway thats all i know, my bf would know more than me but i dont feel like waking him up at 3 am to ask !! hahah

Watching motorcycle crashes on T.V. is't the same as being in one. It takes three months for a broken leg to heal. I bought a motorcycle, too. I was lucky with my first and only crash. You'll see when you get one.

im getting a new bike thinking of going honda this time around they have some nice ones for around 4k - 7k
