That happens a lot. I don't know if it's a bug or what, but it has happened to me, where the question just won't show up on the board. I think it's possible that Yahoo has some kind of system where certain words trigger them to not post certain questions. So perhaps, the phrase "evil people" triggered it. Maybe it assumed it was one of those hate-posts where people call a whole race or religion "evil." It WOULD be nice to think that maybe Yahoo is trying to do something about those types of posts. Maybe that is their attempt.
All of the questions I had that wouldn't post had words or phrases in them that could have been taken the wrong way like that. I wasn't violating the guidelines, but I could see how an impersonal computer program might have "thought" I was. So this is my best guess - that Yahoo doesn't post questions with certain words or phrases in them, in an attempt to filter out abuse.
Anyway, I don't think your question was abusive - but Yahoo probably picked it up that way. By the way - you might want to delete the question that didn't post - because when this happened to me, I ended up getting a violation for it, even though I didn't think there was anything offensive about my question. I had asked, "Pastafarians, are you alfredo something?" Hahaha. I was just trying to be funny. Oh well.

You tried to post it in R&S when it actually has nothing to do with R&S. I didn't read the question because it has nothing to do with R&S. Since I didn't read it, I can't form an honest opinion about it. I'm sure it was something brilliant and thought provoking as all of your questions are....have a nice day.

well i guess you have a fan and who cares i mean people who know you know what your like and i know this sounds cliched but it works ignore them they go away everytime you metion them in these long winded questions it just adds more fuel to the fire
