if you have all the proof .... ie passport and bills in that name

I think you can, but it will cause all sorts of problems in the future. With the Government obsessed with ID controls you really should think whether you want to have two names on the go. You would probably find everything involving your license (insurance, vehicle ownership, showing it as ID for banks &c &c.) would take at least twice as long or more. My recent manager at work had to update to her real (married) name when she was given a company car for these reasons.

If you use your maiden name all the time like bills, passport etc.

No,you must keep your license up to date,name,address etc..

You need to check in your state as to the legalitys of this one. In most states you would be able to if you have all the proper Identification.

Depends upom whether you adopted your husbands name on marrage. If you did then no. ..... but if you did not then yes.
