Yes paint ball is allowed hell our unit has a team and we even use it for training. Most army bases have paint ball fields and we even have one here in korea. And most units require you don't keep your paintball gun in your barracks room but most don't care. Hope this helps......shadow stalker

You can do anything you want off a military installation as far as recreation. As far as having actual organized paintball teams, that would be a great idea. If you are in the military, go talk to your unit Morale Officer and suggest the idea. They will pay for all the gear. I organized a Miami-area Sports Council when I was stationed in Miami for 2 years. We organized all sorts of sports and games programs for the military and their dependents. It was a great success. Most units allow for suggestions. You may have a good one.

Yes it is. I was in the Air Force and just got out last July and I had a ton of friends that played paintball. They even had a paintball course on base!

I was stationed at Camp Lejeune and want to say that there was a paint ball field on base. I know there is one outside of base in Jacksonville. As for gear, you will probably have to store a paintball gun in an armory, because it is a weapon. You can get more info from the base MP's on if you would have to do that though. Or you can have a friend that lives off base keep it at their house. Personally I wouldnt want to keep any personal stuff in an armory.

oh yeah! While I was in the Air Force people played paintball all the time. There might be restrictions on having the paintball guns in the dorms...but other than that...no prob. we even had a paintball field on base!

Yes paintball is allowed, and you are allowed to have the equipment. Most installation MWR (Morale Welfare and Recreation) centers have paintball setup on base, and do have tournaments every so often, if there isn't a site on base for it, they make arrangements with a local paintball arena to have weekly or monthly deals for military.

Although paintballs are allowed, you can see tanks shooting each other with paintballs on youtube, lasers are more advanced. For instance each laser has its own frequency to rate weapon type so a guy with a rifle can't "destroy" a tank.

Its actually part of the training once you get to your duty station if you are in a combat MOS. Its called sim rounds though but the same concept. Lots of fun.
