i workout 4-5times a week and ive been noticing ever since that i seem to do slightly more work with my left arm than my right, even though when i flex my arms they look just about the same, maybe a very small difference but they look the same really. im 15, and is this normal to have muscles slightly stronger than others. like my chest is the same thing, my left side seems just a bit more confident than my right but they feel the same really. when i challenge friends in arm wrestling it seems as my right hand has more strenght but for lower time and my left seems to actually be just slightly weaker but is very strong over time such as arm wrestling.

and no... im a right handed person but for example if i go to the store with my mom i carry the items with my left hand usualy ive just grown to use that arm because my right one tends to get tired over long periods of time but if i hit someone i have strong hits with my right hand and not as much with my left. but with arm wrestling my left one is a bit better

If you're right-handed in that you use it to write, eat, and other things teenagers do with their right hand, then you would be strengthening that arm as the left arm gets slightly less strength. Certain muscles in your left arm that don't get used (as the right arm uses them to exert fine control over objects) will atrophy.

i understand of a case the place after soreness in the left arm AND shoulder, an ECG exchange into carried out and coronary heart attack exchange into ruled out. He had a important attack a pair of hours after the ECG. fortuitously he survived. relies upon on what form of tests have been executed on your dad's case. of direction it might desire to continually be a muscular soreness yet in those circumstances one purely won't be in a position to be too careful. If soreness persists, I recommend your dad lower back bypass to a physician.

No one is absolutely symmetrical. There will be many subtle differences between left and right.

This is pretty normal.
