I put minced meat and lamb in foill paper and steamed it by boiling it in hot water for 45mins, is it safe to eat?

yeah spelt "meat" wrongly, it was too early to be up wondering about steamed meat, but thanks anyway.

Steamed meet is safe but don't steam it and leave it in the car for hours take it home and either eat it or use it with in 45 min it's really good 4 u

steamed meat is just as good as boiled, since steam cooks at a higher temperature than bolling,. boilings top temp is 212F unless salt water then slightly higher, but steam can reach 300F plus easy

I forget what they are called but some of my Mexican friends use to make them to sell on a block I lived on for awhile a few years back. They are awesome and yes, it is safe.

Yes as long as it is always thoroughly cooked. Usually check whilst cooking so as to avoid overcooking it and making it rubbery. Enjoy!!
