Have you tried cranberry sauce heated with honey and apples? It is both tart and sweet. My family enjoys it.

I keep some flavored butter in the freezer. When I take it off the grill, I just slice a pat of it onto the meat and let it melt. Yum...

Oyster sauce, squeeze on some lemon and sprinkle with oregano. So good on Back ribs bbqued. Everytime I make this, everyone wants to know how to make it. Trust me on this one. So easy, soooo good.

I like Honey and pecans

lighty flour chops,
fry in pan ( I like to fry in bacon grease ~ YES I save my bacon grease ~ or olive oil)
remove when done,
throw some pecans in pan for about 2 - 3 min. toss around in heat, add 1/4 cup honey into the pan, once it gets a little bubbly ,(it will be real quick in a hot pan) pour over chops...DeliSh!!!

I put the chops in a baking dish and pour over them brown sugar and tomato sauce....makes them come out barbequed ...just bake them until done....they always come out great.
