Absolutely not! You cannot tell in any way shape or form...you can't even tell during or after sex. Many many girls have ripped their hymen during adolescence and didn't even know it there may not be any bleeding whatsoever and no pain. The only one that will ever know whether someone is a virgin is the person themselves. This info. is not opinion, it is fact.
