How do I get Hoyle Word that I have purchased to run?

I purchased this game and when I click on "Already Purchased"< it takes me to the Yahoo website and from there my password is not accepted nor can I get anywhere to put in a registration code or anything else. I have uninstalled and re-installed this game. I have changed my password even to get the site to accept me and still nothing. I think I was just stripped of the money I spent on this game...Please help, I purchased this game for my 5 children and my Day Care kids. Thank you to anyone!

There should be an email address for support and if not, look for an address. I guess we all get burned sometimes, but do tell them. Good luck.
