Okay, last night my boyfriend and I were in a local park and when we got to my car things got a little out of hand and it wasn't planned. (We didn't have sex but some items of clothing were missing). Well an officer just happened to drive by and he questioned us, wrote down my boyfriends name and ran my ID. They did not write us any tickets and did not arrest us. They asked me why we were there and said that we could not be there and they asked where we worked. They said it was fine but not to do it again.
The only problem is my boyfriend is illegal. We are both Mexican but he is illegal. I am really worried now that they will try to find him and deport him. Do y'all think this is possible and are they allowed to show up to our jobs and tell our employers about this event? Can you be deported for this action, besides the fact that he is illegal. Please no rude comments, I love him with all of my heart and this really worries me. They did not arrest him, I need FACTS not opinions.

I'm 20 and he's 24. I know that police and immigration are different departments. If they did not issue a ticket at the scene, will I be getting anything in the mail or will they show up to my work or am I being super paranoid?
I am not asking for your opinion of Illegal Mexicans..I am asking for facts. Please. I am sorry you do not agree with my choice, and if you had told me a few years ago I would be in this situation, I would have laughed. I never thought this would happen, but I love him with all my heart and I am empty without him.
Thank you for any helpful information, have a goodnight. :)

Yes.
"• In Los Angeles, 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide (which total 1,200 to 1,500) target illegal aliens. Up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants (17,000) are for illegal aliens.
• A confidential California Department of Justice study reported in 1995 that 60 percent of the 20,000-strong 18th Street Gang in southern California is illegal; police officers say the proportion is actually much greater. The bloody gang collaborates with the Mexican Mafia, the dominant force in California prisons, on complex drug-distribution schemes, extortion, and drive-by assassinations, and commits an assault or robbery every day in L.A. County. The gang has grown dramatically over the last two decades by recruiting recently arrived youngsters, most of them illegal, from Central America and Mexico.
• The leadership of the Columbia Lil’ Cycos gang, which uses murder and racketeering to control the drug market around L.A.’s MacArthur Park, was about 60 percent illegal in 2002, says former assistant U.S. attorney Luis Li. Francisco Martinez, a Mexican Mafia member and an illegal alien, controlled the gang from prison, while serving time for felonious reentry following deportation."

Illegal Aliens Kill 9,000 Americans Yearly

I'm sorry I can only give you an opinion, not a fact. Every state is different, and every cop is different. I doubt the cop you met thought "I'm going to deport him". The cop is busy, has a lot to do at work, has a life outside work. He probably thought "catching" you in the car was kind of funny.
People who are murderers and rapists aren't being deported, so I can't imagine why a young man simply enjoying your company would be deported, I mean he didn't DO anything, no harm done. He wasn't arrested.
The police and Immigration are busy with people who have actually DONE something illegal.
Don't worry, just enjoy your time being young and in love. Life goes by very quickly, and it's not right to not enjoy every day :)

most likely unless immigration is a big issue where you are the police will just ignore the whole thing. The problem you would face is if immigration is active in your area then you could get a visit at your job in the future. More then likely what will happen is the police will file a report, this report will go into a data base at headquarters, as long as you 2 have no further problems with the police everyone will laugh about it for a week or 2 and then forget you even where there. fortune favors you in this case, since police tend not to care about immigration, unless immigration starts bothering the police.

first of all i dont know the legal answer to this so i am gonna guess...it does deffinatly depend on where you live...i doubt that they will deport him...(my dad works with the police he is a DA and well i know a lot of lazy police officers) the intentions of the officers were peobably to warn you and make sure that you wont do it again, the information will probably just be kept in the database for later if you ever get in trouble... try not to worry and if you are that paranoid then go and consult a lawyer that does there kinda cases...they will be able to tell you the real legal results that will take place opposed to the guesses that probably all the answers are. and good luck to you and your boyfriend sound like the 2 of you have something going so dont loose it.

IMHO, you have nothing to worry about. You two haven't committed any crimes, and since you weren't even ticketed, the officer would have likely added it to his daily patrol log, (drove by ____ park, noticed some suspicious activity, found individuals named _____ engaged. Warned them to stay out of the park at night, checked ID and neither was wanted for anything. THE END) and it gets filed away, probably never to see the light of day... UNLESS either of your names came up in a crime report, or something else happen in that park... THEN that log will get pulled and a cop or two may show up at your door for further questions, like did you see anything, hear anything, blah blah blah.
In general, DHS has bigger fish to fry then check the legality of every single guy who was written up in a police report, esp. when there was no crime reported. The fact that your BF had no ID, and the cop didn't press for further details is a good sign... the cops have NO info to give to DHS other than a name, and a name is nothing without a photo, and address, and all that other stuff that goes with it.
IMHO, of course.

Yes, your boyfriend is in the country illegally, the police and immagration can turn up at your workplace for any information from employers, once deported he can be denied access back into the country for a very long time, or if ever.

I doubt it. Had you been a minor, than he would have been in trouble and probably arrested for lewed and lascivious behavior, sent to prison, and then deported. If the police officer has a beef against illegals then that too may cause problems.

Chances are, the cop that took down your information called it in to the station, they most likely just added it to their database for future reference in case you get pulled over for something, and the cop probably went off to get another donut.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. Since your and your boyfriend obviously didn't have any outstanding warrants, revoked or suspended licenses, etc, the cop didn't take either of you into custody on the spot.

to me he should be deported whether or not he did anything wrong in this case. See im under the thinking of illegal is illegal.. so hopefully he will be deported and have to leave the country. If this would happen, i would have no problem if he decided to come back into this country legally.... im sorry, but we are a society with laws.. if you break the laws you are a criminal and need to be held accountable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, he will not be deported (even though he should)
If the officer only noted his name and then he let you both go, obviously he did not charge you with Public Lewdness so you both got off pretty easy.
