Which do you prefer, beer or wine?

I personally prefer beer. it's so harcore...... and for ME wine just sounds too fancy.

I like a good Miller LITE but I also like the refreshness and heart healthy choice of a good fine wine every now and then.

15 years ago it was wine. I was on my way to becoming a wine snob. I even collected it. Then for some reason around 1997 I had a few bottles of corked wine in a row, and now I can't touch it.

With food I like a GOOD red dry wine, at room temperature.
But being a Belgian and the Great Grand Son of a brewer, a good cold beer is a must - specially monks beer - Orval, Maredsous, and Kriek Lindmans and Duvel of course !

I love wine. I enjoy Veuve & Clicquot champagne on special occasions. Seems like the right time to break it out. Too bad I can't find a wine chiller, the proper silver one, and some cracked ice. Hard to get cracked ice these days. You can get shaved ice and cubes. Not my idea. Maybe I should get an ice pick and a large board and do it myself. But it's best done by an expert.

Try Black Tower riesling, Dunavar white wine, Mogen David kosher wine--chilled and over ice, Blouberg white and rose, also Jackson Triggs Cabernet Sauvignon and Obikwa shiraz.

I can't stand beer, even the smell makes me yak. I drink wine, good wine if I can afford it, but I do settle for the boxed stuff most of the time. :-)

I'm a beer drinker. Wine makes me deathly ill, some sort of allergy, I think.
