No. Your wife/children can only use your GI Bill if you are killed. Sometimes there are scholarships available to military spouses, but a lot of those are also only for widows.

Congress had approved legislation allowing servicemembers to transfer their GI Bill benefits to their dependants, but they left it up to the individual branches to decide whether or not to do it. As far as I know, none of them have chosen to do so yet.
