i live in irving texas i have to go to teen court bc of a no driver license ticket and no insurance ticket....do u think they are going to make me take a drug test???

No they won't. Not if it's only for the charges above. Make sure you bring your proof on insurance to court with you because that is a misdemenor. If you cannot prove you had insurance on the day the incident occured - you will get probabtion - and probabtion WILL do a drug test. Just to let you know before hand. So, don't do anymore drugs until this is all resolved.

These are class C misd. charges I don't see why they would ask for a drug test.
If you are under 17 yrs old you have to take your parent with you to court.
If the citation is for intoxication(minor DUI) or minor in possession of drugs then they might order you for a drug test.
Stop using drugs and then you wont have to worry about it.

there is no need to panic they cant test you in court for a traffic ticket,if they try just refuse the test and ask for a lawyer

I think the only reason that you would have to take a drug test is if it was a moving violation.

Well not at court they don't do tests at court, if the court puts you on probation, then they will.
