How did you explain to him that it's not right to touch your "off-limits" places? Did you tell a trusted adult, like a teacher or a police man?

Jezus Rools!:

Matthew 5:22 is part of a larger portion of text which prohibits murder and anger. According to earlier texts which say that fools say there is no god (if a fool can figure that out you'd htink ...), so 4Christ's statement is valid.

Please make sure your own facts are straight before you slam someone else's.

Toni C, you have covered it well. I would like to add something. Some are saying as a Christian it is okay to sin because you will be forgiven.A person has a right to believe or not believe. If you call yourself a Christian I would suggest very strongly. Do not mock God.

You have just committed the only unforgivable sin -
Matthew 12:31,32
every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
Any one who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
May God have mercy on your soul*
ask for forgiveness -
