If you're referring to SOMEONE...then...oh yeah ! Though with me being a grown, respectable woman...instead of sticking my tongue out at someone I will instead glare my eyes at them. Much can be " said " with a ' look ' and the message is taken in by the other who deserved to have their shin kicked or tongue stuck out at them.

It's rare that I get in that I get in that frame of mind...yet, on occasion, it does happen.
