You can be extradited from any of the states to any of the states. If you fight extradition, there will be a hearing, but chances are the judge will allow the extradition to happen. Until the judge makes the decision, you'll stay in jail.
On a misdemeanor, the receiving state might not want to pay the costs involved. If they decline to do so, Utah might let you go. If that happens, you aren't in the clear. The warrant will continue to be active, and you'll probably get picked up again and again. Eventually, the other state may decide to extradite you.
