My church has the stations of the cross every year and I always go a few times. I've been in it several times as well, so I know it pretty good.
1. Jesus is condemned to death.
2. Jesus carries the cross.
3. Jesus falls the first time.
4. Jesus meets Mary.
5. Simon helps Jesus carry the cross.
6. Woman wipes Jesus' face.
7. Jesus falls for the second time.
8. Jesus meets with the women in Jerusalem.
9. Jesus falls the third and final time.
10. Jesus is stripped of his clothes.
11. Jesus is nailed to the cross.
12. Jesus dies on the cross.
13. Jesus is taken down from the cross.
14. Jesus is laid in the tomb.
Our church also does the stations of the Resurrection, but those aren't always included.
You can read more specific and in depth explanations of the stations here by clicking on the link and then on the page where it says "From the Perspective of the Blessed Virgin Mary".

Not a website, however a very fine book to add to any Christian library is St. Augustine's Prayer Book. It has a wonderful section on the Stations of the Cross, and why it exists (not everyone could/can make it to the Holy Land and actually walk Jesus' last forced march to His own crucifixion).

All stations of the cross explain to some extent what each station is about.
Here is the one we used today http://www.truecatholic.org/stations.htm
It is very Franciscan and not my favorite
This by Creighton university os the best one I have seen for describing what is going on at each station:
