Healthy foods would mainly be fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lowfat dairies are also very good for you. Most anything that has a wide variety of nutrients and vitamins is considered a healthy food to eat.

A very healthy food would have to be fruits and vegetables but the most one that i eat is the apple it dosent have any fat in it or sugar and its good.

Most everyone has already answered with fruits and veggies. But cheeses, red meats and fish and fowl all also included. Everything in moderation and it is ok.

rice and fresh veg. but not long grain american, there is a health scare problem with that. Some thing about being grown in old cotton fields and a high concentration of arsenic.
